Are you the BELLBOY we are looking for?
Santas Igloo Arctic Circle, 71 luxurious, spacious glass igloos, reception and Restaurant Arctic Eye are located at the Santa Claus Holiday Village on the Arctic Circle in Rovaniemi!
Now we are looking for experienced and reliable bellboy for our client company Santas Igloos Arctic Circle for the busy winter season 2025-2026!
As a bellboy of Santas Igloos Arctic Circle you are working in a close co-operation with front desk operations. You are responsible of transporting guests to and from the hotel to local area attractions and airport as well as assisting the guest with recommendations for restaurants and tourist activities. Bellboy is assisting guests with luggages and maintaining vehicle cleanliness. The most important thing is, that bellboy have a real will to make customer feel him/herself important and give best possible customer service. The working language is English.
Full-time employment (112,50h/3 weeks ) starts around November with training and lasts until end of the season, end of March 2026. Part-time work is also possible according to your availability! Bellboys are working in morning and evening shifts. In terms of employment we are following the collective agreement of hotel- and restaurant industry.

What we hope from you:
* Suitable education and/or bellboy/hotel work experience
* Excellent customer serving- and team working skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* B-driving license and experience of driving in winter conditions
* Strong analytical and navigation skills with the ability to coordinate multiple pick-ups and drop-offs on a schedule
* Fluent speaking and writing English skills – other languages are an advantage
