We are looking for a

B2B Customer Service Executive Scandinavia & Baltics

Your new role:
Providing consistent support to B2B customers in Scandinavia & Baltics
Handling customer requests via e-mail and phone
Customer order management: order entry and status, sending orders to the warehouse to be picked, tracking shipments for any disturbances in delivery
Handling customer complaints
Monitoring of credit limits for customers
Liaising with other business units and teams within the company to troubleshoot and resolve customer enquiries: You will be the first point of contact for customers wishing to ask questions of any kind
Other administrative / support tasks
Swedish translations for company webpage and manuals
Organizing and taking part in yearly exhibitions in the autumn (hardly any travelling included otherwise)

Good skills in German, Swedish and English language are required. Swedish language proficiency is very important as you will correspond with customers mostly from Scandinavian speaking countries. This is a full-time position based in our Headquarters near Frankfurt in Germany.
