Responsibilities:
Crafting authentic Asian, Himalayan, Tibetan, and Nepali street food dishes, including noodles, momos, thukpa, and other regional specialties.
Developing innovative recipes and regularly updating the menu.
Ensuring high-quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
Sourcing fresh, seasonal, and locally available ingredients.
Training and mentoring kitchen staff on traditional cooking techniques.
Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.
Collaborating with management to enhance the dining experience.
Qualifications:
Proven expertise in Asian, Himalayan, Tibetan, and Nepali street food cuisines.
Creativity and a passion for culinary excellence.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
