Kuvaus

As an Administrative Trainee, you will:
– Provide clerical, administrative and office support as requested
– Manage incoming/outgoing mail as well as the company phone
– Maintain various forms of customer information (CRM maintenance, archiving process)
– Prepare and file paperwork
– Oversee, collect, and order office supplies and electronics, gifts, and food deliveries for meetings
– Plan and organize office and bigger company events and other activities
– Coordinate and book travel arrangements when needed
– Participate in customer invoicing and other customer communication

To be successful in this job, ideally you would have:
– Educational background or studies in Business Administration
– Excellent written and oral skills in English
– Previous working experience in similar tasks is a plus
– Strong time management and organizational skills
– Positive attitude, good communication skills and customer service ability
– Willingness and ability to learn new things quickly
– Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality
– Ability to work independently, show initiative, and demonstrate problem-solving skills
– A can-do attitude with a willingness to get involved whether the task is big or small

The Internship is planned for 6 months on a full-time basis with a possibility of extension, and is located in Helsinki, Finland. The Internship is paid.
