About the role
In this position you will work as an Accounting Specialist with a broad variety of duties, providing support for daily and periodic Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting and General Ledger tasks as part of Oriola’s Financial Shared Services team. You will be reporting to the Head of Financial Shared Services.

Work tasks
Accounts Receivable supporting responsibilities:
– AR correspondence, Credit management tasks including daily blocked order management, Dunning process, Clearing of AR payments, Backup for month-end AR closing tasks as needed
Asset Accounting supporting responsibilities:
– Asset accounting, Backup for month-end Assets closing tasks as needed
General Ledger supporting responsibilities as assigned:
– Monthly and quarterly statistical reporting, Payroll monthly reconciliations, Travel expense reconciliations and supporting tasks, Month-end closing support
You will mainly work with SAP FICO and utilize Teams, Outlook and Excel in completing your daily tasks. In addition to Oriola’s Financial Shared Services team you will be working in close collaboration with several internal parties across many different functions.
We are looking for
– 4+ years of work experience in similar tasks in Accounts Receivable, Assets and General Ledger
– Vocational Qualification in Business / Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent
– Fluency in Finnish and basic proficiency in written English
– Previous experience using SAP FICO

The position is temporary until 31.12.2026 as the finance department requires backup resources for the duration of the ERP implementation project.
