Trombia Technologies manufactures autonomous and electric sweepers, Trombia Free, designed for street and industrial cleaning. As a Product Specialist you will play a key role in the global sales process of Trombia’s autonomous street-sweeping robots. In this role, you will work as a customer-focused product presenter and top-notch project manager, who is driven to automate and carbon neutralize some of the heaviest polluting equipment in street and facility management together with the sales team. About the role
As a Product Specialist, you will work as a part of the sales team, ensuring that the pre-sales process runs smoothly. Your main responsibilities are coordinating and carrying out product presentations and demonstration events to the Trombia’s clients. You are responsible for the entire product presentation process and communicate closely with the client, ensuring that everything is in order for the demonstration events. You will also provide technical support and training for the sales team, distributors and clients in using the product.
During the first weeks in this position you will already find yourself at some of the world’s largest retailer warehouses, industrial plants, seaports and airports helping the customers automating their facility maintenance.
The ideal candidate is sales-oriented, has excellent customer service and presentation skills, and is ready to do an extra mile to ensure an outstanding customer experience. While a commercial background is valuable, the most important qualities are a strong motivation to work with Trombia’s products and in cleantech business, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to high-quality customer service.
