JOB DESCRIPTION
The main duties of our visa specialists include: receiving the visa applications of our customers; collecting the visa fees; releasing visa information; and answering customer inquiries and providing assistance to the customers.
WORKING LANGUAGE
Finnish/English and Chinese
SKILLS AND COMPETENCES RELATED TO THE JOB
University degree or above; familiar with customer services; and relevant experience in similar type of job is preferred.
