Now, we’re looking for a System Administrator to join our world-class IT team. If you’re a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for secure, high-performing infrastructure, this could be your perfect next step.
What You’ll Do:
Install, configure, and maintain both Windows and Linux servers, ensuring security, performance, and up-time. Monitor server health and availability, keeping our infrastructure reliable and resilient.
Implement and manage backup/recovery protocols to ensure business continuity. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues with confidence and precision.
Collaborate with a dynamic global team to design and implement next-gen server solutions.
Oversee user permissions, security audits, and compliance with industry standards.
Take part in regular updates, upgrades, and on-call support rotations (approximately one weekend per month).
What You Bring:
A degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience.
Proven hands-on experience managing Windows/Linux server environments.
Expertise in VMware, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, M365), and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
Solid grasp of networking fundamentals and firewall configurations.
Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001/27701, CIS, and SOC2.
Bonus: Certifications like CompTIA Server+ or Microsoft Certified.
You must already be eligible to work and reside in Finland.
