Overview

Youll be the go-to person for your customers, handling day-to-day needs, small system changes, and identifying ways we can serve them better. You won’t lead project teams, but you’ll make things happen through hands-on problem-solving and close collaboration with our internal experts.

Your workdays will include preparing offers and follow-up services for existing customers, managing small service requests and system configurations independently, and leading regular account reviews and check-ins. Youll also track contract terms, billing accuracy, and service expectations, identify development needs and hand them off to the right teams, and support larger accounts together with Account Directors when needed.

What you’ll focus on
– Own and grow customer relationships across delivery, support and development
– Ensure service quality through small-scale configs and delivery tasks
– Work with production, R&D, and support to keep operations smooth
– Drive customer satisfaction by responding proactively to needs and feedback

What helps you succeed in this role:
– Experience in managing B2B customer relationships within a technical or service-oriented environment
– Ability to independently handle daily service tasks and system configurations
– Good communication skills and a reliable approach to following through on commitments
– A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership, solve problems effectively, and enjoy getting things done
– Willingness to travel
– A good understanding of technical solutions is required
– Familiarity with the manufacturing industry or experience in maintenance is advantageous
– Language skills and experience working on international projects are a plus.
