We are excited to invite a talented Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic Salesforce Platform & Solution team, where you can make a real difference to the future of customer-centric digital services.

About the role
This is a highly technical and collaborative role where you will impact the future of the Elisa Salesforce platform by designing and building solutions that advance both technical and business roadmaps.
Working with the team’s skilled architects and developers, you will help shape the Elisa Salesforce platform, which supports critical business functions, including marketing, sales, customer service, and customer relationship management.

You will play a key role in projects that leverage AI and machine learning to enhance customer interactions through data-driven insights and automate business processes within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Our Salesforce platform is complex, with numerous integrations across different systems, making this a rewarding opportunity for those seeking to solve challenges in a large-scale, integrated environment.

What we are looking for
– A minimum of 4 years of intensive hands-on experience in development focused on the Salesforce platform. Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud is a plus.
– Solid experience in Lightning development, Apex, and Flows.
– Deep knowledge of Salesforce cloud technologies, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Familiarity with Data Cloud and AWS is an advantage.
– Proven experience with integrations to diverse systems and external applications, both with and without middleware.
– Familiarity with various Force.com APIs, integration patterns, and best practices.
– Strong communication skills to clearly and logically present solutions to complex challenges.
– Fluency in English.

Preferred Extras
– Familiarity with TM Forum Open Digital architecture.
– Experience in the development and design of Open APIs.
– Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, particularly within the Salesforce platform.
– Experience in the telecommunications industry.

The Salesforce Platform & Solutions team is based in the Elisa HQ office in Pasila, Helsinki where you will enjoy the flexibility of hybrid work. Please note that you must be authorized to work in Finland, and that we do not offer relocation support.
