We are now looking for a highly skilled Senior Copywriter to join our Brand and Communications team in our headquarters in Helsinki, Finland.

What you will do
- You will have end-to-end responsibility for planning and creating content for multichannel marketing campaigns that drive measurable, long-term results
- You will develop and execute communication strategies and creative concepts aligned with business objectives, brand strategy, and positioning
- You will shape our global brand voice, crafting consistent messaging that resonates across diverse audiences and all marketing and communication touchpoints
- You will build content strategies, messaging frameworks, and versatile content tailored to different target audiences, while writing high-impact copy for digital, print, social media, advertising, and corporate communications
- You will support thought leadership and executive communications with clear, persuasive messaging
- You will collaborate with colleagues across business, marketing, and communications to provide expertise on messaging, campaign effectiveness, and content development
- You will stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to brand storytelling
- You will be in a role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, balancing creativity with data-driven decision-making, accuracy, and stakeholder collaboration
Who you are
- You have 5+ years of experience in creative concepting, content strategy, digital marketing (including ABM), multichannel campaigns, strategic PR, and copywriting in an international corporate or agency environment
- You have a strong track record of creating versatile, engaging content for various audiences and channels with speed, accuracy, and measurable impact
- You bring deep expertise in brand storytelling, audience-driven campaign development, and PR concepting, supported by a portfolio of high-quality texts, presentations, and impactful campaigns
- You have demonstrated ability to translate complex business strategies and goals into effective communication strategies, compelling narratives, and actionable content plans
- You possess excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and support internal teams on messaging, content strategy, and campaign execution
- You have exceptional written and editorial English skills at a professional communicator level; fluency is required regardless of native language (writing skills will be tested)
- You are highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining creativity, precision, and high standards
- You work proactively with a positive attitude, staying adaptable and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
