Are you the RECEPTION DUTY MANAGER we are looking for?
Santas Igloo Arctic Circle, 71 luxurious, spacious glass igloos, reception and Restaurant Arctic Eye are located at the Santa Claus Holiday Village on the Arctic Circle in Rovaniemi!
Now we are looking for experienced reception duty manager for our client company Santas Igloos Arctic Circle for the winter season 2025-2026!
As a duty manager, you are responsible for overseeing the daily hotel operations and ensuring outstanding guest experiences. Your work tasks includes checking guest in and out, customer service and answering customers questions in professional way and other various reception tasks. As a duty manager you will have a key role in supporting and supervising the reception team, ensuring the smooth operation of the reception, from problem solving to excellent customer service. You work in close cooperation with other departments, ensuring that each customer always receives the best service. If you want to create memorable experiences for customers and guide your team to succeed, you are the kind of person we are looking for. The working language is English.
Full-time employment (112,50/3 weeks) starts during October according to the agreement and lasts until end of the season, end of March 2026. Terms of employment are based on the collective agreement of hotel- and restaurant industry.

What we hope from you:
* Suitable education and/or 2-5 years experience of similar work tasks/managerial role
* Skills to use Opera Cloud PMS
* Ability to work under pressure and handle demanding situations
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Fluent English language – other languages are an advantage
* Valid B-type drivers license and possibility to use your own car are an advantage
