Overview
We arelooking for a skilled machinist for our valued client Bluefors Oy to work in2-shift work at their location in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki easily accessible bypublic transport. The position is initially fixed-term until the end ofNovember, with a good possibility for extension.
Bluefors isthe worlds leading manufacturer of cryostat systems, enabling cutting-edgequantum research and ultra-low temperature applications. The company operatesinternationally and employs top professionals in the field who are developingtechnology for future innovations. We are now looking for a precise andmotivated machinist for a fixed-term employment (approx. 6 months), withthe potential for continued employment.
Job description:
– Mainly CNC milling; turning experience is considered an advantage
– Milling machines are equipped with Heidenhain 530 & 640 controls; lathes are operated with Siemens Celos
– The core tasks include part changing and inspection measurements
– Work primarily involves small batch production (typically a few dozen pieces)
– Ability to make setups is a major plus, but not a strict requirement
What weexpect from you:
– Experience operating milling machines; turning skills are a bonus
– Familiarity with Heidenhain or Siemens controls is beneficial
– A precise, careful and independent work approach
– Good command of Finnish or English
