Overview
We are looking for an HR Officer to joinour clients China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd. team for the Kotka CAMPlant project.
China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd.(CHEC) is a world-renowned international contractorand a leading provider of comprehensive services across the entire industrychain for both public and private sectors. CHEC has been engaged as the maincontractor for the CAM Plant project in Kotka, responsible for theimplementation and construction of the plant.
In this HR Officer role, you will be partof the HR & Administration team that contributes to the successfulexecution of the project. The position is project-based, with an expectedduration of approximately two years, and the work is located in Keltakallio,Kotka.
Your responsibilities include:
– Overseeing and executing therecruitment plan for the Kotka project, ensuring the timely filling of keypositions.
– Managing the end-to-endrecruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewcoordination.
– Building and maintainingrecruitment channels specific to the construction and building sector, bothlocally and internationally.
– Collaborating with projectteams to define job requirements and ensure alignment with recruitmentstrategies.
– Ensuring compliance withcompany policies and Finnish labor laws, maintaining legal recruitmentpractices.
What we expect from you:
– At least 5 years of recruitmentexperience, preferably in the construction industry.
– Strong proficiency in managingthe full recruitment cycle.
– Experience in on-site projectrecruitment and working under pressure.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Understanding of Finnish laborlaws and collective agreement system.
– Full professional proficiencyin English and Finnish.
