At Siskon Siivous, Executive Housekeepers are responsible for managing customer accounts holistically, supporting service managers, and ensuring that customer expectations are met in the best possible way.

We are now looking for an Executive Housekeeper to Kerava and Järvenpää and nearby areas

What does your workday look like?
As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for organizing and supervising cleaning operations at your assigned hotel property. You will act as the supervisor for Housekeeping Team Leaders and housekeepers, ensuring smooth operations and actively engaging with customers. You will plan cleaning tasks, ensure quality and operational reliability, and take care of property profitability and efficiency. Additionally, your responsibilities include work schedule planning, HR-related tasks, quality audits, planning of seasonal work, and confirming invoicing and payroll.

You will succeed in this role if you have:
– Previous supervisory experience
– Experience in housekeeping and relevant training in the field
– Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
– Ability to lead and motivate a team
– Fluent in Finnish or English, other language skills are a plus
– Up-to-date IT skills
– Valid driver’s license

As an Executive Housekeeper, you will receive:
– A permanent employment contract and a monthly salary of €2300. Start date preferably-Asap.
– A full-time position: Your weekly working hours will be 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday between 7 AM to 5 PM, located in Kerava, Järvenpää and nearby areas.
