We are looking for a motivated CONTROLLER for Trysil RMM Oy in Kajaani!
Are you ready to take on a key role in the financial management of a growing industrial company? Trysil RMM Oy is seeking a skilled and proactive Controller responsible for financial planning, monitoring, and reporting, as well as the financial control and analysis of projects. In this role, you will also be planning cash flows and financing, preparing forecasts and budgets, and participating in reporting and risk management. You will also manage current finance staff in Trysil RMM Oy. You will support the CEO in both strategic and operational management and collaborate closely with the Group CFO and financial experts from our sister companies.

What we expect from you:
* A relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor or Masters degree in Business Administration or Economics
* At least a few years of experience in similar roles, particularly in manufacturing or project-based organizations
* An independent and proactive working style, strong financial acumen, and fluent Finnish skills for daily work
* Excellent Excel skills and good knowledge of Finnish financial/work legislation

Trysil RMM Oy designs and manufactures customized road marking machines tailored to meet the needs of even the most demanding professionals.
