Main Responsibilities
1.Preparing and cooking Asian dishes, especially Chinese wok
2.Ensuring the freshness and quality of all ingredients, adhering to food
safety and hygiene standards
3.Designing and updating the menu, developing new dishes
4.Controlling kitchen costs and managing inventory
5. Coordinating with the front-of-house team to ensure timely and high
quality dish presentation
