Manager, Data Platforms & Technology (Qlik Sense platform)

Position is located at Kalasatama, Kesko Kampus.
Data Platforms & Technology team in K IT is looking for a Qlik Sense Manager with a focus on Platform management. Your specific area of responsibility will be developing, managing and supporting our Qlik Sense platform and services. Besides K IT, you will also work in collaboration directly with various business stakeholders, IT partners and with stakeholders from the common operations unit of K Group. In fact, we will customize the role to best fit your competencies, professional growth targets and requirements of the unit. If the situation allows, your involvement can spread from Qlik platform, other BI tools, planning, Qlik Sense training and cloud data solutions. What we expect from you is expertise and experience in:
– Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows – Multi-node environment – Qlik Sense platform maintenance – Qlik Sense Cloud – Data Platform Skills – PostgreSQL – Expertise on multi-tenant environments – Requirement management
Ideally you already had an active role with Qlik Sense such as developer, consultant, architect, etc. as this is the prominent technology you’d be working with. Any experience and understanding of other BI, DW, ETL (e.g. ADF), integration/visualization tools or any software development technologies is considered valuable. Management experience is not expected, but it is appreciated. You are familiar with ITIL and agile development processes and able to communicate efficiently with various stakeholders including non-IT counterparts. You are fluent in written and spoken English. Other languages like Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian is considered an asset.
A degree in computer science, information management or a related subject is appreciated but not required.
