Sunshine Early Learning Centre is looking for an ECEC Teacher to join our international team of
early childhood education professionals – Could you be the one?
We are looking for an ECEC Teacher who genuinely enjoys working with children. A team player
who is committed to maintaining and nurturing a good working atmosphere. An enthusiastic
professional, whose focus is on developing the pedagogy with their team, as well as their own
expertise in the field.
As an ECEC Teacher and team leader you are responsible for planning, implementing and
evaluating the pedagogical program of your group of children. In your duties, you will have the
support of our own multiprofessional team, as well as the other teachers and the Daycare
Manager.
Our working language is English, so it is essential that you have very good English language
skills.
Sunshine Early Learning Centre is a Tampere based family-owned company that operates four

The qualification requirement for the position is early childhood education teacher training in
accordance with the Early Childhood Education Act (540/2018). If your qualification is not from
Finland, it must be recognised by the Finnish Agency for Education (Opetushallitus).
A good knowledge of the National Core Curriculum for Early Childhood Education and Care
(2022) is very important in this position.
