As a Technical Sales Support Coordinator, you will be a key player in our Services team. Your main tasks will include coordination of sales support cases, quote validation and order intake from our CRM to ERP system. You will be providing great internal customer service to our global sales team, managing the incoming sales support cases on time and with high quality and acting as the case owner by providing quote content. You will also be managing communication and working in close collaboration with our internal stakeholders and participating to the development of operations and IT tools to reach successful end-to-end processes. In this role you will enhance the transparency in operations to ensure great customer and employee experience, make sure of the high quality of our services and aftersales deliveries and customer satisfaction while growing our services business entity.
To succeed in this position, we expect you to have B.Sc. in Engineering or relevant field or other technical education. You already have experience in industrial operations and processes in service operations and/or project management, and experience in working with ERP or other relevant production or resource planning systems. Since you will be working in close collaboration with different stakeholders, we expect you to have good communication, teamwork and networking skills, and a proactive and solution seeking attitude. Good decision making and problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while still delivering high quality are essential in your daily work. You have a strong customer and quality focused mindset, independent way of working and willingness to develop processes, and your prior experience in technical sales support is highly appreciated.

Main responsibilities:
– Provide internal customer service to global sales team
– Managing incoming sales support cases on time and with high quality
– Acting as the case owner providing quote content with deliverables, prices and lead time.
– Managing communication with internal stakeholders for compatibility and technical validation needs
– Transferring sales order content from CRM to ERP to enable hand-over for responsible delivery team
– Working in close cooperation with the regional sales teams and project managers globally
– Communicate actively with sales, operations and supply chain functions within the corporation
– Participating together with other stakeholders to development of operations and IT tools to reach successful end-to-end processes
What we expect from you
– Technical education or B.Sc. in Engineering or relevant field
