Supercell is now looking for a super can-doer Office Experience Trainee to join their dynamic Office Experience Team in Helsinki. You will play a big part in making sure that everything runs smoothly at the office. In this job, not one day is like another!
You get to join the Office Experience Team, which is responsible for making sure that Supercell people experience the best possible working culture and facilities at the office. Be it helping newbies get started, daily tasks to keep up the office, or assisting with other facility-related duties. Supercell wants to ensure all is handled at a gold star level so that people can focus on the most important part: making games!
Your main responsibilities as Office Experience Trainee include:
– Assisting with daily office operations, like setting up workstations for newbies, managing facilities (meeting rooms, etc.) and organizing office supplies
– Assisting with facilities-based queries and cooperating with employees and external partners when needed (e.g. maintenance)
– Assisting with internal activities, like workshops
– Supporting the Office Experience Team with various office-related projects and tasks.
The ideal person for this role is a student with a can-do, service-minded, friendly, and self-reliant attitude. You love helping others and finding solutions even in the trickiest situations, and you do it with a fantastic and flexible attitude. You also have the capability to make independent decisions within your area of responsibility, and you are motivated to tackle repetitive tasks with consistency and enthusiasm.
Requirements:
– Ongoing, nearly finished studies in hospitality management, business, management assistance, or similar
– Previous entry-level work experience in customer service, office admin or equivalent
– Excellent communication and coordination skills, and a proactive, independent and hands-on approach to your work
– Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and software quickly (e.g. Google Workspace, Slack)
– Full working proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing
– Ability to work onsite at Supercell HQ in Helsinki

Practicalities:
This is a fixed-term and paid traineeship from early March 2025 lasting 7 months. Your working hours can be agreed to be full-time or part-time between 30-37,5 h/week (4-5 days/week). In this position, youll work onsite at Supercell HQ in Jätkäsaari, and you will be employed directly to Supercell.
