We are now looking for Summer Trainee, IT Service Management Office to our offices in Tampere.

What you will do

-Update and support the SMO team site to improve our team communication
-Refine the collaboration tools & process between SMO team, other UPM IT teams and our suppliers
-Assist in the optimization of service management processes
-Support the IT operational effectiveness by diving deep into performance metrics to uncover areas for improvement
-Update the process documentation and provide training to IT internal and external teams

Who you are

-You are very motivated student having at least Bachelors degree in IT sciences or business studies (IT studies are an asset but not a must if you have advanced IT skills)
-Your working styles shows great work ethics and autonomy
-You have good social and interactive skills, you are able to comfortably deal with people coming from different cultures and horizons (Experience outside Finland like ERASMUS would be an asset)
-You are passionate about new technologies, curious about IT and its transformation (ITSM solutions, Automation, AI) but not only IT
-You are not afraid to play with complex reports, huge volumes of data and several dimensions
-You have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English. Other language skills are seen as an asset
