We are looking for S&OP Solution Developer to our Sales & Operations Planning organization.

Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) is a cross-functional, mid-term monthly planning and decision-making process aligning the plans of the key functions (such as Sales, Product Management, Operations, HR, Finance, Management) as a joint tactical level business plan. Its main goal is to plan and balance the future demand and supply (resources, capacities, supply chain). The S&OP process is positioned between strategic and MPS planning and it is linked to both these processes. S&OP function leads, facilitates, and develops Patria’s S&OP processes and solution landscape.

Now we are looking for S&OP Solution Developer to join the team. In this position you will be part of S&OP team and will report to SVP, Sales & Operations Planning. The position can locate in Hämeenlinna or Tampere. The position is initially a temporary parental leave substitute until the end of 2025. The position may continue with other tasks and projects in the future.

Main responsibilities:

– Responsible for the maintenance and development of the S&OP tools/solution landscape (incl. linkages to other processes and tools e.g. MPS, HR, Finance) in alignment with the S&OP development roadmap

– As an Anaplan Model Builder, responsible for contributing to the design of and then developing/building the Anaplan S&OP solution/model according to the approved design

– Responsible for the timely updates and seamless flow of the S&OP data (transactional and master data) and related S&OP reports (e.g. Power BI)

– Responsible for S&OP tool/system administration e.g. managing the user rights

– Responsible for training and user support for the S&OP tools as well as preparing and maintaining training materials for different stakeholders (planners, contributors etc.)

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a motivated S&OP solution developer with experience in working in project organizations and with cross-functional teams. You have successfully managed/delivered/ contributed to cross-functional process/solution development projects and have know-how and experience in the field of production and/or supply chain planning / optimization. You are a self-motivated team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude and continuous development mindset. You are passionate with and proficient in working with data and planning tools and you have excellent co-operation and communication skills and a great team spirit.

The chosen candidate must have:

– A bachelor’s or master’s degree in technology, economics or engineering
– Experience from a related field or environment for example Supply Chain Planning
– Experience and know-how of demand/supply chain planning methods/processes and of modern planning, tools and technologies
– Experience, proficiency and passion to work with data and related tools
– Anaplan Model builder skills/capabilities and experience are considered as an advantage.

– Discipline, motivation and drive for continuous improvement and to create, develop and follow processes
– Good collaboration capabilities and desire to work with people
– Self-motivation with ‘can-do’ attitude to deliver / get things done
– Fluency in both written and spoken Finnish and English
