In this role, you will lead a dedicated team, oversee workshop and field service operations, and help grow our service business for a wide base of customers across Finland and the Nordic & Baltic region.

Your mission
You will lead a team of nine people, including technicians and an administrator. Together, you will ensure smooth operations in both the workshop and field service settings. As Service Manager, you will have a helicopter view, managing everything from inventory to repair projects. With a diverse group of customers, you will be responsible for ensuring workflows run efficiently and customers are satisfied.

This role reports to our Regional Service Manager and includes some travel within Finland and the Nordic & Baltic regions for customer visits, training, and management meetings.

Your Key Responsibilities

Operations Management: Plan and manage service activities, guiding your team to deliver high-quality and efficient service.

Facility & Warehouse Oversight: Oversee the service facility and inventory as we prepare to transition to a new location in Hakkila.

Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring reliable and professional service.

Strategic Planning: Balance multiple tasks and set clear priorities to meet service demand, maintaining stability and clear processes.

We are looking for a leader who brings stability, structure, and a people-centered approach. Its important that you listen to your team, support their growth, and foster a down-to-earth, inclusive work culture.

A technical background is welcome but not required. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, lead with empathy, and organize operations effectively to help your team perform at their best.

To succeed in this role, you should have:
– Some documented experience in people management.

– Fluency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.

– Proficiency in IT tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.

– A valid drivers license is required for the role.

This position is located in Vantaa, Finland. Some travel is required in the role.
