SERVICE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
We are now seeking a growth-oriented Service Development Manager to join our global Service Concepts team in a permanent position at our head office in Helsinki. Join our team and help us make a difference!
Your key contribution areas
As a Service Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the care and development of Lindström’s services. You will ensure the deployment, continuous improvement, and commercial success of service elements throughout their lifecycle. With a strong emphasis on customer focus and satisfaction, you will also promote the service within the organisation.
Your key responsibilities include:

Maintaining and further developing the concept elements to ensure they meet evolving customer needs
–
Coordinating and supporting the deployment of these elements to drive growth
–
Leading cross-functional development projects that bring together experts from various functions
–
Continuously managing the backlog for ongoing development
–
Identifying development needs and opportunities based on feedback from our operating countries and customers
–
Managing conceptualization and commercialization of the concept elements to ensure they are market-ready
–
Supporting our countries in integrating and effectively using the service elements

A relevant academic degree

Excellent written and spoken English language skills

You will be part of our global Services and Product Concepts function that contributes to growth by ensuring we have a competitive service and product offering available for our selected focus and growth industries. This involves developing new products and services, enhancing existing ones, and collaborating with various departments to meet market needs and customer expectations. We are a diverse and ambitious team working in an agile way, ensuring flexibility and continuous improvement. In this role, you will work in cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with our Service Owners and country organisations.
