Overview
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Key position in delivery projects with development opportunities
Responsibility for both internal tests and lab tests, as well as commissioning at customers facilities
Configuration of operating systems, software, and equipment
Construct human-machine interfaces (HMI) for control centres
Networks and communication
Cyber Security and IT security solutions
Patch management of delivered systems
Customer interaction will be part of the role (with occasional travel required)
Skills and Qualifications:
Appropriate automation, electrical power, energy and environment, data or ICT education (M. Sc. or B. Sc.)
SCADA experience (MicroSCADA, Compass SCADA)
RTU experience (ABB/Hitachi RTU560 for example)
Interest in IT solutions, programming, and data communication
Creative and solution-oriented
Ability to work both in a team and independently, with a focus on working structured and efficiently towards defined goals
Good cooperation and communication skills
Fluent in Norwegian (written and oral)
