We’re looking for an ambitious professional to expand our European presence and help us make a lasting impact as part of the Pinja sales team. The core of your work will be to lead international sales and drive business growth for our advanced supply chain management SaaS solution, contributing to a more sustainable future within the bioenergy and fuels sectors.
In this role, you’ll identify and engage new clients across designated European markets, develop and execute strategic business plans, and expand our sales channels. You’ll also enhance existing customer relationships by introducing additional service offerings and collaborating closely with internal teams and strategic partners to advance product development and shape marketing strategies.
Your proactive sales efforts will be powered by a strong understanding of our products and a keen awareness of customer needs, creating valuable, client-focused sales opportunities that align with our vision for building a more sustainable tomorrow. With our robust growth, high customer satisfaction, and extensive partner network, we offer a solid foundation for success.
The following knowledge and skills will support success in this role:
Proven background in B2B SaaS sales and business development in European markets, ideally with expertise in supply chain solutions or the energy sector.
Consultative sales approach with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs and a strong ability to build industry networks across Europe.
Familiarity with strategic marketing and sales process development that aligns with growth goals.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with an understanding of diverse European business practices.
Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset and a keen interest in supporting an expanding sales process in Europe.
Fluency in English and advanced Finnish; knowledge of German, Swedish, or Spanish is a plus.
Willing to travel within Europe, up to 25% of the time.
At the beginning, close collaboration with the Tampere and Jyväskylä teams will be important.
