Overview
We at Clevry are looking for a dedicated Sales Lead for our client. The position we are looking to fill is a full-time, fixed-term role starting early February, and ending in the end of July 2025. The preferred location for this role is Helsinki.
In this role, you will optimize our client’s teleperformance operations daily and ensure that sales targets are met. You manage price and product changes in close cooperation with suppliers, and support your team to achieve their goals. You will play a key role in developing and following sales channels while working closely with well-versed professionals to acquire new customers.
This role is suitable for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys teamwork, and is also self-directed and active. If you love the pulse of sales work and have strong communication skills, this position could be the perfect fit for you!
Key responsibilities
– Securing sales targets according to plan
– Using data to ensure volume and quality in sales operations
– Managing telesales suppliers and optimizing sales meetings with outsourced agencies
– Monitoring the performance of the sales team
– Setting weekly and monthly sales targets with the team
– Handling escalated customer complaints
– Compiling and presenting sales reports
– Tracking sales goals and reporting results
– Developing your sales team through coaching, and product knowledge education
What are we looking for?
– Previous experience as a Sales Team Leader
– Experience in telesales is preferred
– Ability to maintain an omnichannel view of sales strategies
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
– Ability to work well under pressure and handle ad hoc tasks effectively
