About the role

As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for project planning and scheduling and your main tasks consists of developing and maintaining dynamic, resource loaded project schedules together with project team members. You will work closely with project managers, project team members, subcontractors, and our customers, ensuring effective schedule management is in place. You will actively draw attention to possible schedule risks and prepare what-if scenarios with key stakeholders.

We expect that you understand the importance of professional scheduling and have already experience in this field. You are a team player who can work fluently in English, preferably also in Finnish. The ideal location for this position is Vaasa, but you can also work from elsewhere in Finland (e.g. Tampere or Helsinki), as long as you are able to occasionally travel to Vaasa.

Work tasks

We are looking for
– MSc. or BSc. in relevant field
– Previous experience in similar role with strong background in project planning and scheduling
– Proficiency in Primavera P6
– Fluent written and spoken in English (Finnish is a strong advantage; Swedish is a plus)
It is meritorious if you haveications, such as PMI-SP® / PMI-PMP®
Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
