Project Manager – Sales Quotation Tool Implementation
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of an enhanced Sales Quotation Tool (CPQ-O) for SMR. The initiative aims to replace legacy sales tools, ensuring efficient quoting, seamless quoting-to-order flow, and accurate product and pricing configurations. The role involves managing global impact, integrating Salesforce and Siemens Teamcenter, and establishing a robust solution architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project management, planning, and execution of the Sales Quotation Tool implementation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sponsor, process owners, architects) and external vendors.
• Lead evaluation and integration of technologies (Salesforce, Siemens Teamcenter).
• Develop and implement global rollout strategies, including UAT, training, and cutover plans.
• Ensure seamless end-to-end process development and tool design.
• Align with dependent projects, such as pricing initiatives.
• Establish change management strategies and training programs.
• Provide executive-level summaries and presentations.
Qualifications:
• Senior-level experience in project management and change management.
• Expertise in sales processes, particularly in manufacturing product offerings.
• Strong facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to create clear executive summaries and presentations.
• Structured and analytical approach to project execution.
Skills:
• Project Management (Senior Level).
• Change Management (Senior Level).
• Process Development & Implementation.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Siemens Teamcenter (preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience in global rollouts and training strategies.
• This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful transformation of SMR’s quotation processes across all sales areas globally.
Location: Preferably in Tampere
Allocation: 100 %
Assignment start date: 1st of January 2025
Duration: 18 months (30th June 2026)
Language: Fluent in English
