‘Bringing Finnish Education to China’ is a pioneering year-round educational initiative aimed at immersing Chinese students in the acclaimed Finnish educational model. This program caters to students aged 10 to 13 (4th, 5th, and 6th graders), offering a unique blend of Finnish culture, educational pedagogies, and your specialties as a primary school/classroom teacher, as well as an introduction to the Finnish language. Our mission is to develop a love for learning through interactive and enjoyable educational experiences, emphasizing creativity and holistic development over traditional academic pressures.

As a Project-Based Teacher, you will:

Collaboratively Develop a One-Week Program: Work closely with our team to design a one-week program that aligns with your unique skill sets and experiences while contextualizing the Finnish educational approach for Chinese students.

Design and Develop Curriculum: Create a comprehensive curriculum that integrates Finnish educational principles, focusing on interactive and engaging learning experiences. The curriculum should reflect your strengths and be adapted to suit the needs of Chinese students.

Prepare Educational Materials: Develop and produce workbooks and other teaching materials that will support the curriculum. Ensure these materials are engaging, educational, and appropriate for the target age group.

Execute On-Site Teaching: Travel to China to deliver the program in person. Lead classes and activities in a dynamic, interactive manner, fostering a fun and enriching learning environment.
