Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for a Sales Support Manager at ABB Oy, System Drives Division in Helsinki, Finland.

In this role, you will get the opportunity to support Low Voltage System Drives sales as a member of Process Automation support team. You will showcase your expertise in being a fluent communicator connecting experts and finding solutions together with them. Each day, you will place customer first and are willing to share your expertise with the team. We offer you an international working environment, good possibility for networking within Drives business and independent way of working in a collaborative team.

The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid.

This position reports to Sales Manager.

You will be mainly accountable for:
– Making project quotations
– Developing the sales network in your area
– Project follow-up for orders at the local manufacturing unit
– Ensuring profitability level for own projects
– Providing technical support for ABB’s Process Automation units
– Hosting customers during factory acceptance tests and visits

Qualifications for the role:
– Minimum 2 years of experience working with drives or applications in drive industries is essential. Experience on Drives Applications in Marine or Process Industries is a plus
– Ability to demonstrate a basic understanding of the Drives business is essential
– You enjoy communicating in a multicultural environment
– You are at ease communicating in English, both written and spoken. Other language skills are an advantage
– You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
– B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in engineering, preferably electrical engineering
– Willingness to travel maximum 40 days per year
