Advafab is internationally well-known and recognized for fabricating state-of-the-art pixel detector modules for radiation imaging. Our detector modules are used by leading industrial and scientific organizations worldwide in their various novel radiation experiments and applications.
We are looking for a Cleanroom Operator to be part of our cutting-edge multicultural advanced packaging and testing team in Jätkäsaari, Helsinki. The team will work on providing key components for the largest high-energy physics experiments in the world. The work will be done in two shifts: the first from 7:00 to 15:00 and the second from 11:00 to 19:00.
We are looking for a person with:
Experience in working in a cleanroom facility
Ability to work precise job independently, follow process instructions and agreed quality procedures.
Good fine motor skills; ability to do precision work with hands
A production-oriented mindset with a keen eye for fine details
A self-starter and a quick learner
A mindset of minimizing risk
Good communication and documentation skills in English, Finnish language skills appreciated
Good IT skills (ERP, MS office) and reporting skills

The working time is 37.5 hours a week, and there may be morning or evening shifts. The salary will be agreed between the parties.
