Your role with Kuohu
As the Global Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth in European markets, while helping us explore opportunities in other key regions like the USA and the Middle East in the future. Youll take charge of identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating with distributors and wholesalers, and managing your own portfolio of international accounts. Your ability to connect with luxury clients whether sommeliers, restaurateurs, or hotel managers will position Kuohu as the go-to brand for premium water.
This is an independent and entrepreneurial role where youll have the freedom to shape your sales approach to match your strengths. Youll focus on building relationships, introducing Kuohus products to premium clients, and finding tailored solutions that align with their needs. Whether working with a Michelin-starred restaurant or a five-star hotel that values sustainability, youll be at the forefront of expanding our reach in the luxury segment.
While you will primarily work independently, you will join a small yet dedicated sales team of two other Sales Managers. While each Sales Manager is responsible for their own accounts and works autonomously, you will have the opportunity to exchange ideas and strategize with your colleagues on sales approaches, market expansion, and best practices. You will also collaborate with the CEO and Production Manager as needed to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth deliveries for your clients. With the flexibility to work remotely and the freedom to shape your own sales style, this position offers a unique opportunity to grow your expertise in international sales and premium markets.

Who we are looking for:
-A proactive and independent sales professional with experience in B2B sales, ideally within premium or luxury products
-Someone with international experience and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships across borders
-A strong communicator with excellent English skills; additional languages such as Spanish, German, Italian and Finnish are considered as a plus
-An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate long sales cycles and deliver results
-A genuine interest in the gourmet, hospitality, or wellness industries and a passion for premium products

Practicalities:
This is a permanent and full-time position, and you will be employed directly by Kuohu Artesian Waters Oy. Our team operates remotely, with members based across Finland, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere in Finland. Alternatively, you could be based in one of our key European target markets, enabling closer proximity to clients. While the role includes occasional travel for meetings and events, extensive travel is not required.
The base salary in this position is approximately 4000-5000 €/month, with additional
performance-based bonuses.
