Position Sushi Chef
Description Bambu Sushi is a well-known handmade sushi bar in Vallila and Kallio area. Currently we are having 2 locations Bambu Sushi Konepaja and Bambu Sushi Kallio and we were Changing Kallio spot to Asian Restaurant that is serving both Sushi and authentic Vietnamese Food . We are looking for a full-time chef to join our team. The locations will be mainly Kallio at Helsinginkatu 4.
Required skills
Flexibility, Positivity and motivation
Ability to work well also under pressure especially during busy time as lunch and dinner time.
Experience in making sushi and Vietnamese Food will be a huge advantages in order to work in Kallio spot.
Previous working experience especially with Asian cuisine is a plus.
Hygiene passport, Alcohol Pass can be submit after.
Speaking Vietnamese is a huge advantage since main chef only speaks Vietnamese so it is better for the training and team work.
Prefer candidate who commits to work for at least 4 years since the training takes time.
