Job Description
As an IT Project / Product Manager, you will:
Manage projects through all stages of their lifecycle.
Be responsible for the economic feasibility, identification of business benefits, scope definition, scheduling, and budgeting.
Plan resources, mitigate risks, and ensure timely project delivery using Agile methodology.
Utilize project management tools (Trello, YouGile, and others) and contribute to the development process.
Make strategic decisions collaboratively with the companys leadership.
This role combines the responsibilities of a Project Manager, Product Manager, and Developer during the initial stage.
Work format: remote, permanent position.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
At least 5 years of experience in IT project management.
Proven experience in launching and scaling products.
Excellent communication skills and a strong background in team building and motivation.
The ability to work with partners at all levels.
Resilience, quick decision-making skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong analytical capabilities.
Knowledge of psychology and personal development techniques (preferred).
Technical Requirements:
In-depth understanding of Agile methodology and business process optimization.
Proficiency in Python, SQL and a basic understanding of frontend development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React is a plus).
Knowledge of mobile application development.
Knowledge of the Telegram Mini App direction.
Proficiency with tools such as Trello (or YouGile), Miro, Figma, Confluence (or Notion), and Google Docs.
