We are looking for an II-Engineer to M/S Finbo Cargo. We are offering one permanent contract with access in January.
We are searching for an Engineer with relevant professional experience, qualifications, good leadership qualities and a positive attitude towards maintaining a good safety and environmental awareness onboard.
As II-engineer you have an overall knowledge of all the ship’s technical equipment and maintenance of the vessels machinery and associated auxiliary systems in accordance with current safety and environmental requirements.
Minimum requirement for the position is a valid a Watchkeeping Engineer certificate (STCW III/1). Certificate in higher rank is seen as meritorious.
M/S Finbo Cargo operates between Helsinki-Muuga under Finnish flag. Rotation according to 2:3 system.
Our official work language and safety language onboard is English, language skills in Finnish and Swedish are meritorious.
We apply a drug testing practice for new employees.
