Overview
We seek an experienced and dynamic Head of Growth to lead our global sales strategy and drive our expansion into international markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully entering and scaling businesses in new regions. The ideal candidate will have experience both in international and SaaS sales and the ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy Development:
– Develop and implement a growth and sales strategy to expand our presence in international markets
– Establish a roadmap for market entry, growth, and scaling.
– Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to align the global growth and sales strategy with the companys overall business goals.
Market Analysis and Entry:
– Develop market entry strategies, including go-to-market plans, pricing strategies, and channel distribution models.
– Evaluate potential partnerships, distributors, and alliances to accelerate market entry and growth.
Sales Leadership and Team Building:
– Train and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company values and goals. In addition, participate in recruitment of sales team members.
– Set KPIs and performance targets, monitor results, and provide coaching to drive continuous improvement.
– Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, getting-things-done -attitude and innovation within the sales team.
Revenue Growth and Profitability:
– Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, ensuring profitability and sustainable business expansion.
– Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
– Manage the sales budget, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accurate and timely information for strategic decisions.
Client Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders and partners in international markets.
– Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
– Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
Success in this position requires:
– 5-10+ years of sales experience, with at least three years in a leadership role focused on international markets and SaaS sales.
– Proven track record of successfully entering and scaling businesses into international markets, especially experience in continuous and SaaS -businesses.
– Passion to work in the field of privacy and data protection
– Masters degree in a relevant field, e.g. Business
– Full working proficiency in Finnish and English (other languages are counted as a benefit).
– Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
– Willingness to travel
– Getting things done -attitude
