Job description
We are looking for a Group Financial Controller with a background in financial controlling and / or audit. As the Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for IFRS accounting and reporting on monthly basis. You will report to Group CFO and work also closely with Finnish and Spanish local finance teams.

In the role you will:

Be responsible of the group monthly / annual reporting processes related to the IFRS reporting

Manage our accounting policies, and participate to the implementation of new accounting and reporting standards under frameworks such as IFRS and CSRD;

Be the key user for our consolidation system (Tagetik) and drive actively its continuous development;

Collaborate with our country finance teams supporting them in their statutory accounting, reporting, and audit processes;

Manage our transfer pricing policy and be responsible for the transfer pricing documentation.

Job requirements
You will succeed in the task if you are active and self-initiated person. You have good communications skills and a positive hands-on attitude, flexibility and ability to finish important tasks on schedule. We expect you to have an accuracy and organized way of working and good

You will most likely have Master’s degree in Economics or degree from university of applied sciences.

You can jump in rather quickly, take over the IFRS reporting.

To succeed in this position, you will have

At least 5 years of experience in financial controlling and/or audit with a proven track record in group accounting and reporting topics

Solid knowledge of the preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS

Practical experience from group accounting and group consolidation

Knowledge of taxation and transfer pricing desirable

Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data to grasp the ‘big picture’

Advanced MS Office skills

CSDR

On group level, the used language is English, and we expect you to be fluent in writing and speaking English. It will be an advantage if you also have knowledge in Finnish and/or Spanish language.
