We are looking for a

Global Sustainability Manager

Located in Rajamäki, Finland

The Role

We are seeking an experienced sustainability professional to enhance our ESG reporting capabilities. This new manager position will be part of the Sustainability and Non-Financial Reporting team in Quality & Sustainability, working in global cross-functional teams. The primary tasks of this role would be:

– Manage non-financial reporting strategy and implementation, ensuring approach is compliant with relevant standards and regulations.

– Collect and organize data for non-financial reporting obligations, like CSRD and EcoVadis. Responsible for specific reporting obligations required in Finland (e.g. government report, Responsible Care).

– Support fulfilment of specific customer requests related to sustainability, like product carbon footprint calculations.

– Contribute to company sustainability strategy and roadmap implementation as key contact based in Rajamäki.

– Participate in cross-functional working groups.

– Ensure the business is up to date and prepared for related regulations in Finland and globally.

About You

– Master’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, and/or Finance, or equivalent experience.

– 2+ years experience in ESG consulting, assurance and/or reporting.

– Demonstrable skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and/or MS Project, or equivalent software.

– A reliable team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

– Innovative thinker and proactive problem solver.

– Process development and project management skills.

– Able to manage and analyse data and present findings confidently. Pays attention to detail.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Finnish. Other languages a plus.
