We are looking for SKILLED BUTCHERS to join our client in central Finland – Outukumpu, from April 2025! This role is suitable for you if you have experience with beef butchering and are ready to start off your new full-time career in peaceful Finland.The position is fixed-term, with an employment contract starting in April 2025 and lasting until the end of September/ October 2025.You will work independently on the production line as part of a dynamic team, processing beef. It is full-time work from Monday to Friday, between 6-14, with a total of 40 hours/week. The work is physically demanding and routine, so we are looking for applicants with experience in similar roles and good physical condition.Job description:As a butcher, you ideally know all stages of butchering from skinning to post-cleaning of the carcass. You will be working mainly in the skinning stages of the carcass (hind legs, front legs, abdominal area, and neck skinning). However, you will also work in various other stages of hide removal, head washing, esophagus tying, gutting, and splitting the carcass with a saw. Animal slaughter is not part of the job. Speed and accuracy are the main requirements for the role, as employees have to keep up with the line speed.
