Overview
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Commissioning Engineer to join our team for an exciting new data center construction project in Helsinki metropolitan area, Finland.
What are the main responsibilities?
In this role, you will supervise commissioning tasks for electrical vendors, ensuring compliance and monitoring progress. Communicate deadlines, attend meetings, and create progress reports. Experience with UPS, switchgear, generators, MV, and BMS controls is required. Coordinate with QAQC and AP departments, manage commissioning documents, and oversee on-site commissioning operations.
What do we expect from you?
The Ideal candidate should have relevant certificates in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or an Electrical Trade with appropriate training and experience, such as an NVQ. Experience in a similar role within a construction environment is essential, with experience in Commercial, Industrial, pharmaceutical, or data center projects being desirable. Candidate should have experience working on LV/MV or HV systems with commissioning experience, as well as experience in Electrical Testing and Verification. Construction experience and an understanding of safety are crucial. You should be an analytical problem solver, able to act decisively, and have a process-driven focus on EHS and Quality Work Management Systems and Processes.
