We are looking for a chef to join our team at HSF Hanko for the summer season of 2025.

HSF is one of the most famous restaurants in Hanko, with a history dating back to 1938. HSF is renowned for its unforgettable Aftersail rooftop terrace parties, enchanting ambiance, and top-quality beverages. Every guest experiences a unique dining experience while enjoying the sea views of Hanko from morning till the early hours of the night.

Your Responsibilities:

-Prepare high-quality and classic à la carte dishes, with an emphasis on fish and other seafood.
-Work collaboratively within the team to achieve common goals.
-Maintain a positive attitude in your work and the ability to perform under pressure.

Requirements:

-Previous experience in similar position
-Enthusiastic attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
-Ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing situations.
-Proficiency in English.
-Experience in handling and preparing seafood is an advantage.
