Together with your coworkers, you are Pincho’s face outwards, together you are responsible for making sure all the guests will enjoy a wonderful restaurant experience.You should have good knowledge about how to use the app and ordering system and on your own and with your colleagues be able to solve problems that will come up in the everyday service. Knowledge about the food and drink menu is also important so that you can give recommendations to the guests and also answer questions about taste and allergies.

We will provide you with the training and knowledge you need to be a successful kitchen employee, but we also expect you to ask questions, take initiative, and do your best to make sure we provide the very best service and experience for our guests.What’s expected of you

Follow work environment rules
Follow standard hygiene
Knowledge about assortment in the restaurant system and news in Workplace
Knowledge of how the app works
Be able to follow instructions and recipes
Knowledge about emergency exits, fire routines, and other safety matters
Knowledge of menu and allergies
Taking initiative and handling high tempo in an effective manner
Together with colleagues, assure the best service and quality for the guests
Work according to Pincho’s working methods
Follow the restaurant’s routines, checklists, and self-monitoring program

Opening, and preparing stations for service
Unpacking of goods
Food preparation and plating
Serving food over the counter
Greet guests that coming and say goodbye to guests leaving
Everyday cleaning in the kitchen, with the help of checklists
Closing, cleaning of kitchen
Cleaning of the restaurant’s fixtures, machinery, storage spaces and changing rooms
Work in the dishwashing room 
Help out on floor or bar if necessary
