About the role
This role focuses on supporting key client relationships and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your tasks include coordinating meetings, handling logistics, preparing reports, and organizing internal events. You’ll also manage travel arrangements, executive team schedules, and calendars.
You are organized, proactive, and know how to prioritize. With experience in project management and coordination, you work well with stakeholders. Service-minded and flexible, you approach your work with professionalism and a collaborative attitude.
Work tasks
– Generate and compile accurate internal and customer reports
– Coordinate tender processes, ensuring compliance and timely submission
– Organize internal and external meetings, including scheduling and logistics
– Prepare materials for customer meetings and presentations
– Manage important documents, such as contracts
– Coordinate travel bookings and handle expense management
– Support budgeting by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports
– Contribute to process improvements and special projects as needed
We are looking for
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Previous experience in project coordination or similar roles
– Excellent communication skills in English
– Experience working with stakeholders
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
