As our B2B Sales Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our customer relationship strategy, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service for both Finnish and international business customers.
Your key responsibilities include
– Sales Order Management: Order handling, invoicing and trade document preparation.
– Customer Onboarding and Service: Supporting new B2B customers and providing excellence in customer service to existing ones.
– Back Office Support: Managing system and platform updates to keep our processes running seamlessly.
– International Trade Shows: Representing our brand at global trade shows, typically twice a year in Paris, engaging with clients face-to-face.
To thrive in this role, you should bring
– Fluency in both written and spoken Finnish and English. Additional language skills are a big plus.
– Proven experience in a similar B2B sales or customer service role.
– Organizational excellence with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
– Strong digital skills with proficiency in tools like Procountor, Hubspot and Excel.
– Preferably a passion for home décor as we are all about creating beautiful spaces.
