Auto Italy Oy is seeking for an active, socially skilled Customer Service and Social Media Specialist to deliver high-quality customer experience and social media management. You will join a team of six people and, more broadly, an organization of twelve in Lempäälä, Finland.

Within customer service, you will work at the front desk and be the first person that our valued Ferrari and pre-owned car customers encounter upon visiting our showroom, making your role essential to our daily operations. A genuine smile is your trademark! Your responsibilities will include customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions in the showroom, maintaining and enhancing our excellent customer relationships.

Beside customer service, social media will play a key role in your tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing, producing, and uploading content to social media platforms. You will create content plans, upload content to social media, and coordinate with both internal and external content providers. You may also participate in our physical events to produce content for digital platforms. While experience in social media management is highly valued, youll be guided by the Marketing Manager, so extensive expertise isnt required when entering the role.

Additionally, your work will involve maintaining the showroom and our beautiful cars, as well as assisting with sales-related tasks. You will also be moving cars yourself, so a driver’s license and a willingness to drive are expected. Our showroom is open on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm, and the work is varied and fast-paced. You will need to act quickly and stay calm under pressure.

To succeed in this role, you should be diligent, efficient, and outgoing. You enjoy routine tasks and are motivated to work productively as part of a team, providing top-quality service to customers who appreciate excellence. What we expect from you:
-Degree in business, such as a Bachelor’s in Business Administration
-Previous work experience in high-quality customer service and preferably in marketing however the right attitude is more important than years of experience!
-Proficiency with the most popular social media platforms: WhatsApp, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok etc.
-Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, both spoken and written
-Passion and a positive attitude as well as a prompt approach to work
-Good IT skills in MS Office and CRM systems

Practicalities:
In this permanent and full-time position, you will be directly employed by Auto Italy Oy. The role starts as soon as possible in 2024. The office is located in Lempäälä, Finland, where you will work onsite Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. The position also includes occasional travel, mainly in nearby areas, and requires a category B driver’s license and willingness to drive. Salary in this position is approximately 2800-3300 €/month depending on your experience.
