Are you passionate about designing impactful learning experiences and managing complex projects? We are now looking for a Project Manager to join the Aalto EE University Programs team!
Your role with Aalto EE
Aalto EEs University Programs unit is a fast-growing team dedicated to developing innovative professional development programs that go beyond Aalto EEs traditional offerings. Our programs cover a broad range of themes, with a particular emphasis on e.g. engineering and technology related topics, catering to an international audience and emphasizing scalable learning solutions for reskilling and upskilling. The program portfolio includes online courses, JOTPA and EU-funded projects, live-online programs for global participants, as well as customized training programs and study tours spanning industries from design to engineering.
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in designing, planning, and executing training programs and courses within this dynamic and evolving business unit. You will work closely with project team members, marketing and media production teams, as well as international business and academic quality experts. Additionally, you will collaborate with Aalto Universitys schools and departments to integrate lifelong learning opportunities into Aaltos broader educational landscape.
Your key responsibilities will include:
– Planning and coordinating multiple courses and training programs, including scheduling and stakeholder communication
– Designing course concepts and developing learning solutions for digital environments
– Supporting the commercialization of training programs and contributing to sales and marketing materials
– Engaging with key stakeholders, including lifelong learners and representatives from corporate and university sectors
– Maintaining and updating product information in the CRM system
– Ensuring efficient implementation and academic quality of training products

What we expect from you:
– Relevant higher education degree (e.g., in business, engineering, education) and equivalent work experience
– Experience in project management, including handling multiple projects simultaneously
– Strong organizational, teamwork and time management skills, combined with a business oriented mindset
– Confidence in working with both corporate and academic stakeholders across
various industries
– Ability and curiosity to quickly learn new topics, including technical subjects
– Excellent communication skills in English; Finnish is an advantage
Additional valuable skills:
– Experience working in international or multicultural environments
– Familiarity with EU-funded projects or the education sector
– Understanding of digital learning environments and scalable learning solutions

Practicalities:
This is a full-time and permanent position, where you will be employed directly to Aalto EE. We hope that you are able to start as soon as possible. Aalto EEs office is located in Töölö, Helsinki and we hope you are able to work at the office at least a few days per week as part of a hybrid model. Salary in this position is 3500-4500 €/month (gross) depending on the level of your experience, and will be negotiated individually.
